Charity Sew In and Pot Luck Lunch

Auction. All proceeds will be donated to Guild Clean out stash and sewing room.


 

Mar 11

Quilts of Valor -- Lecture about how the Quilts of Valor Program was started.  Donations of red, white, and/or blue fat quarters or 12 1/2" unfinished quilt blocks or a nominal amount of money would be appreciated.


 

Apr 8

"Renee's Story about the birth of Need I Love" Presented by Renee Nannerman of Gravois Mills. There will be a felted wool pincushion workshop from 9 to noon with a nominal fee.


 

May 13

"I am a Designer -- You are Too"  presented by Candy Hargrove of Kansas City.  Candy designs the patterns for Andover Fabrics that highlight Jo Morton's fabrics.

Pam Fisher with Quilter's Harvest will demonstrate a ruler and/or technique of her choosing.

"Flip Your Way to Fabulous Quilts" -- lecture by Donna Lynn Thomas of Kansas City

"Shimmering Leaves" workshop by Donna Lynn Thomas of Kansas City 9 to 3



Sep 9

"From Small Town Girl to Designer"  -- lecture by Dawn Heese of Columbia.  There will be a wool and cotton applique table runner workshop from 8:30 - noon.

 


 

Oct 13

Fall Luncheon  --  by ladies of Cumberland Presbyterian Church at noon.  Trunk Show by Janet Espeleta at 1:00

 


 

Nov 11

"The World of Bloomin Minds"  --  lecture by Lynn Doyle. There will be a workshop from 9 to noon called "Whimsical Fusible Applique"

 


 

December 9

Christmas Potluck Luncheon

Carry-in at noon

In lieu of ornament exchange, please bring an unwrapped  toy, food or cash (minimum value of $10 please) to be donated to charity.
