About

The Country Patchwork Quilt Guild is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote the art of fine quilting through education and sharing of experience, skill, inspiration, and fellowship.

In January of 1988, a group of twenty-five women met to discuss a common interest -- quilting.  The following month, officers were elected, bylaws were adopted.  In a few short months, membership had grown to thirty-nine and the first annual Country Patchwork Quilt Guild Quilt Show was held.

Currently the membership consists of approximately fifty women and men who meet monthly.

Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month, excluding June and December.  All meetings are held at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 1000 South Miami, Marshall, Missouri.
